By downloading or using Rocket Universe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Rocket Universe is a free-to-play mobile game with optional in-app purchases. You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to use this app.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Google to save your progress. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms
• Virtual currency (coins, gems) and items have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• VIP subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or modified software
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the game servers
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-game items for real money
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players
• Exploit bugs — please report them instead

5. Intellectual Property

All game content including graphics, code, designs, text, and audio is owned by GlowCube and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any game content without our written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in cheating, or abuse the game systems. Banned accounts may lose access to all purchases.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Game balance, items, and features may change at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowCube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
